Overview
Postlane helps teams plan, create, schedule and publish content across social platforms. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the product.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, and workspace information.
- Content you create: posts, drafts, media, notes, and schedules.
- Connected accounts: tokens and profile details needed to publish on your behalf.
- Usage data: basic logs to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use it
We use your data to operate Postlane — publishing your content, showing analytics, and collaborating with your team. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your posts to train third-party models without your consent.
Connected platforms
When you connect a social account, we store the access needed to publish and read metrics for that account. You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes that access.
Data retention & deletion
Your data stays in your workspace until you delete it. You can remove posts, media, and connected accounts yourself, or contact us to delete your account entirely.
